We value your custom and protect your privacy, therefore your details are not passed on to any third parties, they are only used for our purposes and on parcels for delivery companies.

DELIVERY AND PRICES

 Goods will be quality checked prior to despatch and securely packaged, please check the packaging before signing for any items. All stock is subject to availability and due to the vast range of colours and sizes items may take time for delivery from wholesaler, via us to yourself and will make every effort to have it there asap. Prices are subject to change at any time and withdrawal of any items at any time.  All goods must be paid for in full before despatch. Any item not in stock will be offered in a different type/colour or a full refund given on that product.

POSTAGE & PACKING 

All items will be securely packaged.  P&P is listed when United Kingdom is chosen.

DAMAGES AND RETURNS

Please call or e-mail us with regards to any damages and returns within 3 days. We hope this should not be required as items will be checked and packaged well and should be checked prior to signing. Please ensure items are returned unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and in original packaging, otherwise we cannot refund and must be returned within 7 days in secure packaging with the correct postage.  Please keep your receipt as proof of sending as we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage on return.

CREDIT CARD & PAY PAL SECURITY 

Can accept telephone orders.  Secure ordering  for paying by credit/debit cards and also PayPal customers via website. Cheques are also accepted and must be cleared before despatch of goods.  Cash is also accepted for local deliveries by our vehicle.  We again will keep your details private and they will only be used to process payments. We cannot accept responsibility for negligence on behalf of the secure payment centre.
